NOS Manufacturing is an engineering-led manufacturing company based in Everett, Washington, serving OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers across aerospace, automotive, and commercial industries. Most manufacturing shops are built to take a finished, locked-down drawing and produce it reliably at scale. NOS is built for the harder problem that comes before that: figuring out what the part should be in the first place, then staying accountable through delivery with no handoff between engineering and manufacturing.

Our engineering capabilities include 3D scanning and reverse engineering to 0.03 mm accuracy for parts up to 1 meter, scan-to-CAD reconstruction with GD&T reporting per ASME Y14.5, and legacy component reconstruction for titanium, steel, and aluminum airframe parts that lack original design documentation. We provide structural engineering support for STC and PMA programs on legacy and certificated aircraft, including load analysis, material substantiation, and engineering data package development, along with FEA and CFD simulation covering structural, thermal, airflow, and impact analysis in both static and dynamic, linear and nonlinear conditions. Our design and DFM work spans metals, plastics, and composites, and we run structural load testing and flow bench testing to confirm real-world part performance before production.

On the manufacturing side, our equipment includes 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining for complex parts, prototypes, small runs, and large production runs in aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. We operate in-house laser powder bed fusion metal additive manufacturing in titanium, steel, aluminum, copper, Inconel, and nickel-based superalloys, and in-house polymer additive manufacturing (FDM to +/-0.15 mm) in PA-CF, PPS-CF, ESD-safe, and standard grades, including castable wax patterns for investment casting. We also support composites parts production, composite tooling, and composite assembly.

NOS Manufacturing operates under an ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management system and works with AS9100D-certified partners for aerospace-grade production, backed by our certified partner network for capabilities beyond our in-house floor. We provide prime contract management and program management support from purchase order through first article and delivery, giving programs a single point of accountability from an open engineering problem to a finished, delivered part.
