Job Duties 

• Applicant must have experience with single-point CNC, and mechanical 1, 11, 12, and 125 size machines (.006”-.275") 

• Must be competent producing torsion, compression, and extension style springs 

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. RCS embraces the five S methodology. 

• Experience with wire forming quill type machines is a plus. 

• Participate in RCS provided skills development.

Physical Demands 

• Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. (10%) 

• Ability to stand upright (up to 100%) 

• Ability to walk constantly throughout the shift (up to 100%) 

• Occasional need to bend or squat (10%) 

• Frequent use of foot controls (up to 100%) 

• Frequent use of handling and grasping (up to 100%) Qualifications 

• A minimum of 5 years of setup experience is required 

• Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve shared departmental goals 

• Self-motivated 

• Ability to multi-task 

• Detail Oriented 

• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English (in relation to safety, quality and manufacturing processes).

Job Type: Full-time
